The texts on this site were made from my conversations with Claude. The machine arranges the words — Claude and Claude Code. I supply the substance.

In my own story, though, AI did more than arrange words. It helped me walk out of a closed system I had built inside my own head. That is why this page exists — not out of obligation, but out of gratitude.

It does not matter whether someone can write. It matters whether the story is true.

Human First

One rule is inviolable: the source is a person, not the AI.

AI arranges words, but it does not invent the story. Nothing you read here was made out of nothing. Behind every text there is a real person and a real experience. AI is never the source — it is a tool in the hands of someone who has something true to say.
